Today the Group announced its acquisition of INTEGRA Metering SAS, based in Toulouse, France. With around 100 employees and a clear focus on ultrasonic technology, the Sontex Group is strategically expanding its technological capabilities and market presence across Europe through this acquisition.

The takeover of INTEGRA Metering SAS combines its highly specialized expertise in static ultrasonic water meters with the innovative strength and international reach of the Sontex Group. The acquisition is a consistent step in strengthening the product portfolio – particularly in the area of connected communication-enabled solutions for modern water supply systems.
